For our cakes and pastries, freshly produced every day in our own bakery, we use only butter, cream, milk and fresh eggs, with no emulsifiers or binding agents of any kind; and the tempting selection we offer changes with the seasons.

Our Christstollen, Osterpinzen, Osterfochhaz, Kirchweihkrapfen, our Mundingzopf
and our Lebkuchen and Butterkekse are made from traditional recipes. Hans Munding was the first to introduce ice-cream into the Tirol and now, as then, the best and freshest ingredients are our priority.
